Drakes Supermarkets in Samford, North Brisbane, is seeking a motivated Meat Department Supervisor to lead a small team and manage daily operations. You will create rosters, place orders, and ensure stock accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires an Australian trade qualification in Butchery, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to drive profitability and customer satisfaction in a busy store.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery.

About this opportunity:

Our Samford store in North Brisbane is currently looking for a motivated and hard working applicant, to join and assist leading the store's meat department.

Reporting directly to the Meat Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
