Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated and hands-on professional to lead our meat department. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage a small team, create rosters, place orders, and oversee stock takes to ensure fresh produce and efficient operations.

The successful candidate will hold an Australian trade qualification in Butchery, demonstrate strong leadership, cost control, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential).

About this opportunity:

We are currently looking for a motivated and hard working applicant, to join and lead the meat department.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!
