Grace Worldwide is seeking a Relocation Coordinator for a four-month maternity leave contract in MoveDynamics. Based at Gregory Hills head office, you will support relocating employees across Australia, delivering exceptional service and coordinating services through our national provider network.

You'll be the main contact for employees, build relationships, and continuously look for process improvements to enhance the customer experience while partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth

Job description

Based in our Gregory Hills head office, we are looking for a self-driven person to take on a four month maternity leave contract role as a Relocation Coordinator in our MoveDynamics division of GCW. The main responsibility is to assist in the day-to-day services of the numerous currently held contracts and their relocating employees, providing excellent customer service to our clients and relocating employees to ensure they experience a smooth and stress-free relocation.

Whether you're answering questions, coordinating services, solving challenges or celebrating a successful move-in day, you'll be the person making the relocation journey smooth, stress-free and even enjoyable for our customers.

You'll work closely with relocating employees, government agencies, service providers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service while building strong relationships along the way.
