Job summary

GCW invites applications for a four‑month maternity cover Relocation Coordinator based at our Gregory Hills head office. You will support day‑to‑day relocation services for customers and relocating employees, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free experience.

You’ll collaborate with relocating employees, government agencies, service providers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Good geographical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm, flexible and solutions‑focused when things don’t go to plan.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted point of contact for employees throughout their relocation journey.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them every step of the way.
• Coordinate a range of relocation services and work with our national provider network.
• Solve problems, overcome challenges and create positive outcomes.
• Partner with government and corporate stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Help deliver the outstanding service that MoveDynamics is known for.
