Job summary

Acclaimed Workforce in Darlington Point, NSW, is seeking an experienced MC B-Double Driver to join our fleet for interstate palletised freight and grain haulage across eastern Australia. Based in Darlington Point, you’ll regularly run into SA, VIC, NSW and QLD, with weekends at home on a rare Monday to Friday schedule.

You'll operate grain tippers and palletised freight, perform pre-start checks, maintain logs and comply with CoR, using a brand new truck and competitive hourly rates based on

Qualifications

• Current MC licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to provide a current certified driving record.
• Experience with palletised freight.
• Tipper experience (grain/bulk commodities).
• Strong understanding of load restraint and CoR obligations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interstate palletised freight across SA, VIC, NSW, QLD.
• Maintain a regular run pattern with multiple trips to Adelaide and Gippsland.
• Haul grain in B-Double tippers between farms, silos and milling facilities.
• Load/unload at distribution centres and grain receival sites.
• Complete pre-start checks, vehicle logs and CoR compliance.
• Follow safe loading and load restraint practices.

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced MC B-Double Driver to join their fleet, running interstate palletised freight and grain haulage across eastern Australia. You’ll be based out of Darlington Point with regular runs into SA, VIC, NSW and QLD.

This is a rare Monday to Friday interstate opportunity-meaning you can spend weekends at home, not on the road.

What you’ll be doing

• Interstate palletised freight deliveries across SA / VIC / NSW / QLD as required
• A regular run pattern including minimum two trips to Adelaide and one trip to Gippsland
• Grain haulage in B-Double tippers between farms, silos and milling facilities
• Loading/unloading at distribution centres and grain receival sites
• Completing pre-start checks, vehicle logs and ensuring Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance
• Following safe loading and load restraint practices at all times

What you’ll need

• Current MC licence with a clean driving record
• Ability to provide a current certified driving record
• Experience with palletised freight

• Strong understanding of load restraint and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
