Job summary

The Midfield Group is seeking a reliable A-Double Tipper Driver to join our transport team based in Mt Gambier or the Southeast South Australia region. You will operate modern equipment in a shared truck arrangement, rotating AM and PM shifts and ensuring safe, efficient delivery of bulk grain and related commodities.

Qualifications

• Valid MC Licence (Multi-Combination) – Required.
• Proven experience operating A-Double tipper combinations – Essential.
• Road Ranger gearbox experience – Essential.
• BFM accreditation – Advantageous (or willingness to obtain, company can assist).
• Clean driving record – recent traffic history may be requested.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct.

Responsibilities

• Operate A-Double tipper combinations in compliance with NHVR regulations and company safety policies.
• Load, transport, and unload grain and similar bulk commodities as required.
• Rotate between AM and PM shifts as scheduled.
• Share and maintain company vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Accurately complete and submit required paperwork and logbooks (including BFM if applicable).
• Conduct pre-start checks and report defects immediately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
• Adhere to fatigue management and safety procedures.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced A-Double Tipper Driver to join our transport team based in Mt Gambier or the Southeast South Australia region. The successful candidate will operate modern, well-maintained equipment in a shared truck arrangement, working rotating AM and PM shifts.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bulk grain and related commodities using A-Double tipper combinations, ensuring compliance with all safety and road regulations, while maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and condition.
