Job summary

Keysborough Secondary College in Victoria is seeking qualified classroom teachers across two salary ranges to contribute to a dynamic learning program for years 7–12. The college operates across two campuses with Junior and Senior sub-schools, embracing a broad range of VCE, VCE-VM and VET subjects and a significant international student program.

Successful applicants will plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons, collaborate within Teaching Teams, and use data to inform teaching practice

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning high-impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning growth.
• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning using data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage families and the school community.
• Behaviours consistent with Department values and commitment to ongoing professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school programs.
• Undertake other duties in line with salary range and expertise.
• Engage with parents and staff to support student wellbeing and engagement.
• Participate in professional learning and school improvement initiatives.
