Job summary

Kolorer College, a brand-new secondary school near Cobblebank, 33km west of Melbourne, invites applications for a Mathematics Classroom Teacher starting 2027. You will help build the school's culture, implement explicit teaching practices, and support inclusive education for diverse learners.

As part of a growing senior secondary program, you will plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons, assess student progress and collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum and assessment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum, including literacy and numeracy integration.
• Ability to plan and implement high-impact teaching strategies.
• Experience in monitoring progress and using data to inform practice.
• Strong communication with students, families and colleagues.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school programs.
• Undertake other duties as required by the Principal.
• Engage in parent/teacher meetings and school activities.
