Job summary

Kolorer College, a brand-new secondary school in Cobblebank, is seeking dedicated classroom teachers to join our founding team. We are building a culture of high-quality, explicit and inclusive teaching to support all students.

You will plan, prepare and teach programs to achieve student outcomes, monitor progress with data, collaborate with families and staff, and contribute to policy and curriculum development as we grow to Year 12.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning high-impact teaching strategies.
• Experience monitoring and using data to inform practice.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and ongoing professional learning.

Responsibilities
