The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our vibrant Catholic secondary school community. In addition to holding a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation, the successful candidates will be able to:

• Teach Mathematics Stages 4-6.
• Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-based teaching and learning programs.
• Assess, monitor, provide feedback on, and report student progress and achievement.
• Develop and implement curriculum programs and assessments across a range of stages (preferred but not essential).
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support student learning and College wide initiatives.
• Confidently implement new syllabus and curriculum requirements.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Use contemporary pedagogical practices, differentiated teaching strategies, and innovative resources to maximise student engagement and outcomes.
• Effectively manage student behaviour and foster a positive learning culture.
• The ability to teach an additional subject be highly desirable.
