About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic teacher to deliver engaging, effective and innovative Mathematics and Science lessons to secondary students. An ability to teach senior Chemistry is desirable. The successful candidate will be committed to student wellbeing, co-curricular program delivery and the Christian ethos of the School.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Mathematics and Science lessons aligned with NESA curriculum standards for Years 7 - 12.
• Design learning experiences that support a diverse range of student needs through differentiated instruction.
• Integrate digital tools into classroom practice to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
• Use student learning data to inform planning, assessment, and instruction.
• Contribute to the school’s Deep Learning culture and Professional Learning Team (PLT) program.
• Participate in co-curricular and Wellbeing programs as part of whole-school community engagement.
• NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) teacher accreditation.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive and academically rigorous classroom environment.
• Understanding of, or willingness to adopt, Deep Learning pedagogies and evidence-based best practice.
• Commitment to the values and Christian ethos of the Anglican Diocese of Grafton.
