Range 1 and Range 2 positions require collaboration with students, parents and staff, mentoring junior teachers, and contributing to school policies and improvement aligned with state priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to teach literacy and numeracy, and respond to diverse learning needs.
• Experience planning for high impact teaching strategies guided by how students learn.
• Ability to monitor and assess student learning and provide feedback to students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals.
• Contribute to curriculum development and evaluation within the school.
• Undertake duties as directed by the principal related to teaching and organisation.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings and staff meetings; camps and excursions.
