NSW Health is seeking a Pregnancy Connect Care Coordinator (Midwifery Manager Gde 2) for a temporary full-time role in Sydney. You will coordinate equitable access to maternity and neonatal services and oversee safe transfers of women, infants and families across the district.

Applicants should demonstrate experience leading multidisciplinary teams, using data to drive service improvements, and engaging stakeholders to implement change.

Formación

• Current midwifery registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum of three (3) years full time equivalent post-qualification midwifery experience.
• Must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). If license issued outside NSW, must obtain NSW C class within 3 months of appointment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate equitable access to maternity and neonatal services across a district.
• Ensure safe and timely transfer of women, infants and families.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to improve maternity or perinatal services.
• Use data/evidence to identify service needs and implement improvements in maternity/perinatal care.
• Engage stakeholders to plan and implement projects and service redesigns.
