Job summary

The City of Whittlesea is seeking a Maternal and Child Health Customer Liaison Officer (PD) to support the MCH Administration team. You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and coordinate staff rostering and service delivery, while engaging with internal stakeholders and the community.

Experience in community services or Local Government, strong computer skills, and the ability to learn new software are essential. Hybrid work arrangements and a comprehensive wellbeing program are offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings and respond to enquiries via phone, email and online systems (Salesforce)
• Process Birth Notices and staff rosters
• Handle enquiries from MCH Nurses, residents, hospitals and agencies
• Oversee centre diaries and balance staff schedules with service delivery
• Manage MCH distribution and servicing of equipment
• Allocate shifts and manage staff absences to ensure continuity of service delivery
• Process and monitor facility maintenance requests
