Job summary

City of Whittlesea is seeking an Early Childhood Professional to join the Enhanced Maternal and Child Health team at Civic Centre. This full-time role delivers EMCH services to families experiencing vulnerabilities, guided by best practice.

You will support EMCH nurses and allied staff to strengthen parenting capacity, promote positive parent-child interactions, and contribute to family wellbeing, with strong documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enhanced Maternal and Child Health programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Enhanced MCH program to families experiencing vulnerabilities.
• Support EMCH nurses and allied staff to deliver high-quality practice.
• Collaborate with EMCH nurses and allied health staff to support families' parenting goals.
• Group facilitation with internal and external partners.
