Job summary

Natural Beauty Care is seeking a Casual Material Handler to join our Melbourne facility. This hands-on role supports production by ensuring materials and finished goods move safely and efficiently across the site.

You will operate walkie stackers and pallet jacks, use RF scanners for stock movements, and help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Prior forklift/licence is beneficial but not essential. Join a team committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with materials and components in line with production schedules.
• Load, unload, move and store materials using walkie stackers and automated pallet jacks.
• Transfer finished goods and excess materials between production and warehouse areas.
• Use of an RF scanner for material handling tasks, including stock movements.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Assist with end-of-day production line preparation and general warehouse duties.
• Report equipment issues, material shortages and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all workplace health, safety, quality and operational procedures.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Casual Material Handler to join our team on day shift. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced manufacturing and warehouse environment, supporting production operations and ensuring materials and products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with materials and components in line with production schedules.
• Load, unload, move and store materials using walkie stackers and automated pallet jacks.

• Use of an RF scanner for material handling tasks, including but not limited to stock movements.

• Basic computer and record‑keeping skills.
• Able to safely undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying and moving stock/materials as required.

Qualifications

• Walkie stacker and auto pallet jack experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
• High Reach Forklift Licence is not essential but highly regarded.
