Job summary

Symmetry Human Resources is seeking an experienced Materials Handler / Forklift Driver for an ongoing role in Dandenong South, VIC. The position runs day shifts with hours starting at 6:00 am Monday and Tuesday to Friday, offering stable, long-term employment.

The ideal candidate will hold a current LF Forklift Licence with recent operating experience, plus a background in manufacturing, production, or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow batch sheets and production instructions precisely.
• Load raw materials into hot melt tanks for manufacturing.
• Operate a forklift to move materials between warehouse and production areas.
• Manually handle raw materials (20–25kg bags).
• Pack finished products into 15kg cartons.
• Maintain high housekeeping (5S) and quality standards.
• Work safely and comply with all workplace procedures.
