Job summary

Melbourne City FC is seeking casual event crew to support match-day operations at our Casey Fields facility. You will welcome patrons, assist with seating, facilities, catering and activities, and help deliver a positive match-day experience.

You may also assist with member activities and promotions, and participate in setup, delivery and pack-down of equipment. Selected crew may receive training in membership sales to promote packages and respond to enquires, with emphasis on customer service,

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Confident engaging with children, families and the public.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of manual duties, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Current Victorian Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Current First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or events (desirable but not essential).

• Some selected crew members will also be trained in membership sales to:
  • Promote and sell membership and ticketing packages
  • Respond to membership enquiries
  • Support membership campaigns and promotional activities
