Job summary

Port of Brisbane invites applications for Master Support Craft roles (casual and permanent), mostly Monday to Friday. Join a team operating and maintaining vessels—from bed levelling units to survey vessels, tugs and barges—and participate in ongoing training and career development.

Remuneration is $95,564.96 per year for permanent roles or $58.28 per hour for casuals, plus 12% super, with overtime including overnights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold AMSA Master <24m NC and Marine EngineDriver’s Grade 3 NC.
• High Risk Work Licence, Dogging and Rigging tickets desirable.
• Experience in bed levelling and interpreting hydrographic survey data.

Responsibilities

• Operate bed levelling unit, survey vessels and tug and barge operations.
• Maintain certifications with regular company-provided training.
• Contribute to safe and efficient vessel operations.
