Caloundra Chamber of Commerce is seeking an experienced events professional to take the lead on delivering Caloundra’s community markets. This full-time role combines market planning, administration, onsite delivery and team leadership to create welcoming, well-organised experiences for vendors and visitors.

You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and supervise casual staff, coordinate permits and safety, and ensure smooth delivery across Sundays and Twilight Markets.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering events or festivals is essential.
• Ability to lead onsite operations and manage a team.
• Strong communication with staff, vendors and contractors.
• Familiarity with digital booking systems and planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead setup, bump-in, operations, bump-out and pack-down.
• Recruit, roster and supervise casual market staff.
• Prepare layouts, site maps and vendor allocations.
• Coordinate permits, risk assessments and safety procedures.
• Manage vendor records, invoicing and budgets.
