Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Marketplace Partnership Trust & Safety Manager to define marketplace behavior standards, vet partner identity, and craft policy for advertising and AI content. You will lead policy design, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a trustworthy platform for advertisers and publishers alike.

You’ll partner with Data Science to monitor fraud trends, and help set transparency, dispute resolution, and data integrity metrics across the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in trust and safety, marketplace policy or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and BI tool experience.
• Experience turning policy into operational processes.
• Data governance and data lifecycle knowledge.
• Familiarity with two-sided marketplaces and fraud prevention.
• Understanding of AI-generated content and brand safety.
• Bachelor’s in Business/Data Science/Economics (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define marketplace behavior standards and vetting criteria.
• Develop policies for participation, advertising, and AI content.
• Drive fairness in contracting, transparency, and dispute standards.
• Collaborate with Data Science to monitor data and fraud trends.
