Job summary

LawConnect is building a two-sided marketplace to connect consumers with lawyers, using AI to accelerate access to help. You will own end-to-end product areas, prioritise across the marketplace, and ship measurable results in collaboration with engineering and design.

You'll work with a Growth and Product team to decide what to build, while maintaining a holistic view of the marketplace and its monetisation potential, all within a flexible, hybrid-remote environment.

Qualifications

• Senior/Lead/Principal Product Manager with consumer or two-sided marketplace experience.
• End-to-end ownership: find problem, size it, ship the fix, measure impact.
• Proven ability to ship a prioritized roadmap with an impact model.
• Shipping with engineering teams with clear specs and constraints.
• Direct experience talking to customers and testing with them.
• Comfort working with other PMs and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools; build estimates from first principles.
• Experience shipping AI features.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end customer and lawyer journeys to identify friction and opportunities.
• Size opportunities from signals, conversations and hypotheses with defensible numbers.
• Shape the marketplace roadmap with a holistic view and defend priorities.
• Write clear briefs with problem statements, success metrics, and specs.
• Ship features with design and engineering and measure results.
• Talk to customers and attorneys to validate behaviour against dashboards.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and feed learnings back into prioritisation.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineering, design, legal/content, sales and Growth.
