ntegrity is a full-service agency based in Australia with a remote-first culture and quarterly in-person client connections. You will steer media strategy and growth initiatives across platinum accounts, collaborating with CMOs and executives to align media plans with business goals.

As a senior leader, you’ll mentor teams, define attribution models, and drive experimentation while ensuring compliance and privacy.

Formación

• 10+ years in digital performance and media strategy for transaction/ecommerce brands.
• Proven ability to build media planning frameworks aligned with acquisition funnels and CRO.
• Advanced mastery of Paid Search, Paid Social, Google Ads, PM, and GA4/GTM.
• Strong data, attribution modeling, tagging governance, and dashboards.
• Leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Set agency media standards and build omnichannel strategies with tailored frameworks.
• Lead media strategy for platinum clients; approve large-budget plans and QA reporting.
• Drive growth experiments and CRO testing; partner with Strategy & Creative teams.
• Train leadership and performance squads; manage onboarding and accreditations.
• Define attribution models and media tools; ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Review senior team work and lead responses to underperforming campaigns.
