Reporting to the Director, you will develop marketing plans, target new clients, manage pricing promotions, and coordinate campaigns across digital channels, while collaborating with management and operations.

Top Laundry Pty Ltd is a professional laundry service provider established in 2023, serving a diverse range of clients, including hotels, accommodation providers, universities, restaurants and other businesses across Melbourne and Ballarat. As our business continues to grow, we are preparing to relocate our Thomastown facility to a larger, modern plant in Sunshine. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team and help expand our customer base, develop new business opportunities and support the company's continued growth.

About the role Reporting to the Director Hannah, you will help with developing our marketing plans, identify opportunities to target new clients for business’ growth & development. You will also be responsible for organising, coordinating and carrying out the marketing plans for pricing and promoting our products and services. Key responsibilities

• Research customer groups and opportunities in corporate events, hospitality, tourism experiences for new business opportunities and customer base
• Develop promotional material and recommend marketing approaches to drive business growth
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns
• Work closely with management and operations to ensure marketing activities accurately represent the company's services
• Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations to improve lead and customer acquisition
• Develop and maintain website content
• Support marketing activities across digital channels, including social media, advertisements

Requirements

• Relevant degree in marketing, business communications or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role
• Demonstrated experience in sales & marketing
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and online advertising
• Teamwork & collaboration ability to work effectively with others
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
