Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
HESTA in Melbourne seeks a Marketing Optimisation Specialist to drive member engagement and retention through data-driven campaigns. You will use Adobe Experience Cloud to bring campaigns to life, collaborating with the marketing team and trusted agency partners.
You will apply data-informed decision making, plan and deliver campaigns with stakeholders, and work with the Optimisation Manager on strategic initiatives to strengthen member experiences.
More than one million Australians trust us with their money, and that trust shapes how we work every day. Our members sit at the centre of everything we do, guiding our decisions and the impact we strive to make.
We’re looking for people who are purpose-driven and accountable, who value inclusion and collaboration, and who are proactive in managing risk to protect our members’ long-term outcomes. In return, you’ll be part of an organisation where your work contributes to strong returns, real-world impact, and a culture that reflects the communities our members serve.
As our Marketing Optimisation Specialist, you will see your ideas shape real member behaviour, from the first click through to long-term loyalty. You will sharpen your skills in testing, personalisation and customer journey analysis, and learn how a purpose-driven fund turns data, insights and campaign performance into better member experiences while working with a collaborative marketing team and trusted agency partners.
You will help improve our engagement and retention campaigns so members stay connected with HESTA and make the most of their super. You will turn insight into opportunities, bring ideas to life across channels and share what you learn with the team, stakeholders and the broader fund.
You have a strong digital marketing background and enjoy using data to make campaigns work harder. You bring energy and positivity, adapt quickly and work in an agile way. You genuinely enjoy the challenge of making strategy land in the real world.
