Job summary

HESTA in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Analytics Specialist for a 12-month maximum term contract to turn complex data into business-ready analytics. You will design and maintain analytics products and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

You'll work with Jira, Confluence, Tableau and other modern tools, mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement in data visualization and reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Superannuation data and processes.
• Experienced with Jira & Confluence (Bitbucket experience highly desirable).
• Proficient in Tableau Cloud or Server & Desktop (Pulse & Prep desirable).
• Dbt desirable or other ETL tools.
• Experience in rapid development environments and agile methodologies.
• Business analysis and modelling capabilities.

About The Role
