HESTA is seeking a Senior Manager - Controls & Assurance to lead the Line 2 control testing and assurance program within Risk. You will partner with executives to establish and maintain risk-based control frameworks and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
The role requires strategic leadership, deep experience in controls, assurance or audit, and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders, including Board committees.

Join HESTA's Risk function during an exciting period of growth as Senior Manager - Controls & Assurance. Lead the Line 2 Controls and Assurance function and provide Executive and Board with confidence in the effectiveness of HESTA's control environment. Reporting to the Head of Risk and supporting the Chief Risk Officer as a Risk Framework owner, you'll set the strategic direction for HESTA's Control and Assurance Frameworks, ensuring they are risk-based, effective, proportionate and aligned to strategy, risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
