Job summary

HEST A Super is seeking an Analytics Specialist to design and develop analytics products and dashboards on a 12-month maximum term contract. You will transform complex data into business-ready analytics, maintain our analytics platform, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver impactful insights.

You will drive continuous improvement in data visualization, support enterprise analytics capability, and contribute to risk-aware decision-making in a member-centric

We have an opportunity for an experienced Analytics Specialist to join our team on a 12 month maximum term contract.

Are you passionate about turning complex data into business-ready analytics? We are seeking a talented Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our data-driven decision-making.

You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining advanced analytics solutions that drive business success. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful analytics solutions.

About the role:

• Design and develop powerful analytics products and dashboards
• Transform complex data into business-friendly analytics for business stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance our analytics platform and suite of tools
• Support organization-wide analytics capability through training and mentorship
• Drive continuous improvement in our data visualization and reporting solutions[LU1.1]

About you:

• Knowledge of Superannuation data and processes
• Experienced with Jira & Confluence (Bitbucket experience highly desirable)
• Dbt desirable or other ETL tools
• Experience in rapid development environments and agile methodologies
• Business analysis and modelling capabilities
