Job summary

EAP Cleaning Group Pty Ltd – Brookvale NSW is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager / Content Creator to own marketing strategy and execution. You will plan campaigns, create compelling content, and manage our digital channels to attract new clients and strengthen our brand.

This role is hands-on and you will shape our brand voice with your ideas, driving growth from the Northern Beaches office. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and enjoy creative freedom and real ownership of the brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, content or social media roles.
• Showcase a strong portfolio of content (video, photo, design, copy).
• Confident in shooting/editing video and photos with mobile and editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Adobe).
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans and campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Create engaging content including photo, video, reels, short-form social, blog posts and case studies.
• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Plan and maintain a content calendar.
• Update and manage our website, including content, SEO and basic page edits.
• Write copy for email campaigns, proposals, ads and promotional material.
• Coordinate with the team to capture project photos and video on site.
• Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage the marketing budget and any external suppliers (photographers, designers, ad platforms).

What you’ll bring

Essential

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, content or social media role
• Strong portfolio showing content you’ve created (video, photo, design, copy)
• Confident shooting and editing video and photos (phone and editing apps such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe)
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

Desirable

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Experience with SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Website experience (WordPress, Wix or similar)
• Experience in a service-based, trade or B2B business
• Current driver’s licence
