Job summary

DCS Construction Cleaning is seeking a Marketing Manager / Content Creator to own marketing strategy and execution from ideation to delivery. You’ll plan campaigns, create content, and manage digital channels to attract clients and grow the brand.

The role is hands-on and your ideas will shape the brand voice. A full-time position on the Northern Beaches offers creative freedom, ownership of the brand, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Essential 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, content or social media role.
• Strong portfolio showing content you’ve created (video, photo, design, copy).
• Confident shooting and editing video and photos (phone and editing apps such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe).
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans and campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Create engaging content including photo, video, reels, short-form social, blog posts and case studies.
• Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Plan and maintain a content calendar.
• Update and manage our website, including content, SEO and basic page edits.
• Write copy for email campaigns, proposals, ads and promotional material.
• Coordinate with the team to capture project photos and video on site.
• Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage the marketing budget and any external suppliers (photographers, designers, ad platforms).
