Job summary

KONE is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager on a 12-month contract to lead ANZ marketing, brand and communications strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with sales leaders, manage budgets, run demand generation programs and strengthen our market position.

You will mentor a team and external agencies, drive digital campaigns, and ensure privacy and policy compliance while delivering measurable growth and compelling customer stories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar marketing role.
• Experience in multinational, technology, infrastructure, construction or service environments desired.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or related discipline desired.

• Champion the KONE brand across ANZ.
• Lead the ANZ marketing and communications strategy, plans, and budget with high commercial impact.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (12-Month Contract) to join our Strategy, Transformation & Marketing Team. This person can be based in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office. In this role, you will lead the execution of KONE’s marketing, brand, and communications strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in strengthening KONE’s market position, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the delivery of our growth objectives.

What will you be doing?

• Champion the KONE brand across ANZ.
• Lead the ANZ marketing and communications strategy, plans, and budget, ensuring high commercial impact.
• Work closely with business and sales leaders to support growth through segment-based demand generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement and customer engagement programs.
• Use market and customer insights to identify opportunities and strengthen KONE's market position.
• Lead media, PR, reputation management, and external communications.
• Provide communications support and advice to senior leaders on leadership messaging, business updates, and employee communications.
• Increase KONE's visibility and reputation through customer stories, industry partnerships, events, and engaging content.
• Drive digital marketing activities across web, social media, email marketing, automation platforms, and campaigns to generate engagement and business growth.
• Deliver customer-focused campaigns that promote KONE's products, services, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and marketing policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and external partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Measure and report on marketing performance, insights, and opportunities.

Are you the one?

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a multinational, technology, infrastructure, construction or service environment desired.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline desired.
• A track record of developing strategy and translating it into measurable growth, customer and reputation outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, including segmentation, value proposition development, demand generation, budget ownership, analytics and business case development.
• Experience advising senior leaders and influencing diverse local and global stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated people leadership and experience managing agencies and multi-disciplinary delivery partners.
