Sentinel Property Group in Brisbane is seeking a high-calibre Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing team and drive the full spectrum from capital raising to leasing and divestments.

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will own the strategy, budgets, systems and team, working across Corporate, Funds and Investor Relations, Office and Transactions, and ensuring brand consistency with our shopping centre marketing teams.

Competenze

• Minimum a degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• 8+ years of marketing experience including at least 3 years leading a team and a multi-channel function.
• Experience in property, funds management or financial services.
• Track record across corporate brand plus investor, capital raising, leasing or transaction marketing.
• Confident managing multiple budgets and cost allocations.
• Hands-on ownership of a website and a marketing CRM (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Sentinel Property Group is seeking a high-calibre Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing team.

Lead group marketing for a national property group, from capital raising to leasing to divestments.

The Role

This is a senior, high-visibility role at the centre of how we raise capital, lease space and sell assets. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you'll lead group marketing across Corporate, Funds and Investor Relations, Office and Transactions, and work alongside our shopping centre marketing teams to keep the brand consistent. You'll own the strategy, budgets, systems and team, and report monthly to the Board.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading a team and a multi-channel marketing function.
• Experience in property, funds management, financial services or a similar multi-business-unit environment.
• A proven track record across corporate brand plus investor, capital raising, leasing or transaction marketing.
• Confidence managing multiple budgets, including cost allocation and recharging across entities.
• Hands-on ownership of a website and a marketing CRM, with HubSpot highly regarded.
• Sharp commercial judgement, the discretion to handle market-sensitive information, and the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Set the group marketing strategy and annual plan, and make the call on priorities when every business unit wants something at once.
• Lead capital raising and investor marketing, from paid media through to quarterly investor communications for each trust and the monthly IR marketing report.
• Deliver leasing campaigns and collateral for our office assets, including leasing suites, renders and asset-level budgets.
• Produce Information Memoranda and divestment campaigns in-house, with tight timeframes and strict confidentiality.
• Partner with our shopping centre marketing teams on brand consistency and promotional fund governance.
• Own the website, HubSpot and agency relationships, and show the business exactly what its marketing spend returns.
• Build and lead a team that owns day-to-day delivery, so your focus stays on strategy and commercial outcomes.
