Baker Recruitment is seeking a proactive Marketing Lead to drive campaigns, content and digital strategy for a growing premium property business in Sydney.

You will own marketing programs, coordinate events and partnerships, improve processes and automate where possible, while leading a small, passionate team.

The role offers autonomy, a strategic remit across channels, and the chance to shape how the business operates and grows in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ marketing experience
• Strong social media, content and digital marketing background
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Lead marketing campaigns, content and social media.
• Manage EDMs, LinkedIn, video content and communications.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, partnerships and sponsorships.
• Improve systems, processes and business workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Manage marketing suppliers, budgets and key projects.
• Support team and office operations.
• Help keep the business organised, efficient and moving forward.
