Showtime Event Group is seeking an accomplished General Manager – Marketing for a 12‑month maternity leave cover in Melbourne. You will lead marketing across brand, digital and communications, aligning activity with commercial priorities and driving measurable business growth.

You'll manage a small team, oversee agencies, and collaborate with the CCO and Executive Leadership Team to translate business goals into effective campaigns and opportunities across a diverse venue portfolio.

• Proven experience leading a marketing function at senior level.
• Strong integration of brand strategy with commercial outcomes.
