You'll lead a small, talented team, including our Digital Performance Manager and Social Media & Content Manager, while overseeing external agencies and creative partners.

This is a broad, hands‑on leadership role spanning marketing planning, brand management, digital performance, content, communications, public relations, and sales enablement.

You'll play an important role in translating business objectives into effective marketing initiatives, collaborating across departments, and ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, pitch presentations, case studies and sales enablement materials.
  • Support partnerships, major business opportunities and tender submissions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, venue partners and external stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets, external agencies and creative suppliers, ensuring resources are used effectively and deliver value.
