Job summary

Rosso Coffee Group in Melbourne is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own three commercial outcomes: wholesale SQLs, North Melbourne venue sales, and Shopify revenue. The role blends remote work with on-site days at the North Melbourne roastery when required.

You’ll work with the founder and a strategy partner to run GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, and Shopify campaigns, plan events, and optimize the marketing stack. Must live in Melbourne and attend events weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Lives in Melbourne and can get to North Melbourne when required, including some event weekends.
• Strong skills in marketing analytics and reporting.
• Experience planning and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing game plan and ensure North Melbourne sales, wholesale SQLs and Shopify revenue are visible and progressing.
• Build the wholesale funnel using events, outreach and high-touch follow-up.
• Grow North Melbourne venue sales via campaigns, email, paid media and events.
• Grow Shopify revenue by optimizing conversion, retention, and customer journeys (Klaviyo flows, broadcasts, campaigns).
• Run paid campaigns and manage a monthly budget (around $1,000–$1,200).
• Maintain regular email broadcasts across venue, wholesale and ecommerce audiences.
