Job summary

Origin Point Coffee Group is hiring a Digital & eCommerce Specialist to bring campaigns to life across email, Shopify and web experiences. You’ll own CRM journeys, execute trading activity and write compelling copy across consumer brands.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Content and Design teams, and work with agencies to optimise performance using GA4 insights and A/B tests. Flexible hybrid work in NSW/VIC regions is available.

Qualifications

• Around 2 to 4 years’ hands‑on experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM or a similar role, with experience using Shopify and building and deploying EDMs and CRM campaigns, ideally in Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp.
• Proven ability to write engaging digital copy across multiple brands and channels.
• Knowledge of GA4 and digital advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) to support campaigns and tracking.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on customer experience, content, offers and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy email and CRM activity using Klaviyo across consumer brands and Mailchimp for the B2B brand; manage campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
• Execute Shopify trading activity for product launches, promotions, merchandising and campaigns.
• Build campaign landing pages and implement website updates (content, imagery, banners, navigation, promos).
• Write and adapt customer‑facing digital copy across email, web and eCommerce for brand consistency.
• Support CRO, A/B testing, SEO and customer journey improvements; implement tests and optimisations.
• Support digital campaign delivery including tracking and working with agencies on paid media (Meta, Google Ads).
• Coordinate and QA digital activity with Marketing, Content and Design teams, agencies and dev partners; monitor via GA4.
