Job summary

Austen & Blake is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to bring our jewellery brand to life across social, campaigns, events and partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing Managers to plan content, run campaigns, coordinate showroom activations and grow our audience with a brand‑forward voice.

This hybrid Sydney-based role offers learning opportunities in a fast‑moving team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, plus other major social platforms.
• Experience creating content using Canva and CapCut.
• Great organisation skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent written communication and a natural feel for brand tone.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping things moving.
• Proactive, creative mindset and a willingness to get stuck in.
• Interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Sydney based.
• Bonus points: Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CRM or email marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support content shoot days and get involved behind the scenes.
• Create and edit engaging Reels, TikToks and Stories using Canva and CapCut.
• Manage comments and DMs while bringing our brand voice to life.
• Keep an eye on the latest trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Support seasonal campaigns, launches and key trading moments.
• Coordinate assets across Social, Creative, CRM and Digital teams.
• Help bring showroom marketing campaigns and local activations to life.
• Track campaign performance and help turn results into insights.
• Plan and deliver showroom events and brand activations.
• Research and support exciting partnership opportunities.
• Assist with influencer outreach, gifting and collaborations.
• Support PR activity and help identify opportunities to get the Austen & Blake name out there.

Love social media, great content and beautiful things? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Austen & Blake team and help bring our brand to life across social, campaigns, events and partnerships.

Austen & Blake is a fast-growing fine jewellery brand specialising in made-to-order engagement rings, wedding rings and bespoke jewellery. Since 2018, we’ve been making beautifully crafted, personalised jewellery more accessible to customers around the world.

Now, we’re looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic marketer who’s ready to get stuck in and make an impact.

What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Be Doing

Role

This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days will look exactly the same. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager across:

Social & Content

• Help plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Support content shoot days and get involved behind the scenes.
