Job summary

Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking a Marketing Executive to coordinate hotel campaigns, social media content, events and promotional materials. You will work with the Marketing Manager and Director to align campaigns with the Sheraton Brand Values and oversee budgets and monthly expenses.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate the hotel's marketing strategies and activations.

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to promote Sheraton Brand Values.
• Assist in preparing budgets and monthly expenses with Marketing Manager and Director.
• Support guest service and loyalty initiatives through engaging customer experiences.
• Maintain relationships with media, influencers and customers.
• Coordinate with sales and events teams to maximize hotel revenue.
• Develop monthly performance reports using marketing analytics tools.

• Responsible for the execution & coordination of the hotel's marketing strategies and activations.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager in overseeing and creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
• Conducting market research and trends to promote and highlight the Sheraton Brand Values
• Assist Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing in preparing budget and monthly expenses
• Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by inviting, welcoming and connecting with our guests through each customer experience
• Maintain and create relationships with media personnel, social media influencers and customers
• Be apart of something bigger and liase with the sales and event team to maximize revenue for the hotel
• Develop monthly reports based on marketing performances and using marketing analysis tools
