Job summary

Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking an At Your Service Guest Relations Supervisor to connect guests with seamless service and local experiences. You will supervise the Guest Services team, manage room assignments, and handle inquiries with attention to detail in a vibrant resort setting.

Demonstrated supervisory experience and familiarity with OPERA PMS are preferred. This role offers a stable full-time schedule in Australia with Marriott International backing and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the Guest Services team and supporting your team with general operational tasks Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding community, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests requirements Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests whilst following up with guest questions and requests, focusing on attention to detail Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings Oversee service standards whilst identifying and implementing improvement initiatives Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.

About You:

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar


• Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
