Job summary

ABL Distribution is seeking an organised, reliable person for a Marketing & eCommerce Support role based in Arundel. This entry-level position covers website management, online orders, customer enquiries and marketing materials, with front-line customer service and showroom support across the wider business.

If you’re motivated, adaptable and keen to learn, you’ll gain hands-on experience across ecommerce, admin and customer service while contributing to campaigns and product-content updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website product information including descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and categories
• Support customers with website enquiries, account activation, password resets, online orders, refunds and delivery-related enquiries
• Assist with website maintenance, category management and eCommerce initiatives
• Support marketing campaigns by creating and updating flyers, brochures and digital content
• Maintain marketing assets and digital files and complete admin tasks accurately and on time
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, website and in person, including showroom support
• Process customer orders and assist with product, pricing, stock and order enquiries while supporting Sales and Customer Service teams
• Provide general administrative support across the business as required
• Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation and spreadsheets
• Maintain accurate records and follow established company procedures
• Assist other departments with administration and operational tasks
• Conduct quantitative respirator fit testing following training and maintain related records
