The Marketing & Digital Experience (M&DX) team at UNSW strengthens student recruitment by positioning the University as the preferred choice for local and international students, while enhancing its global brand reputation through distinctive marketing and the promotion of UNSW’s world-renowned expertise.
The M&DX Faculty Partner is responsible for optimising the educational value proposition and program portfolio of an allocated business unit. The role shapes initiatives for local and international markets to improve program competitiveness, support student volume, quality and diversity outcomes, and identify opportunities to develop new programs in response to emerging demand.
Acting as the primary connection between the business unit and UNSW’s central marketing, student recruitment and digital experience functions, the role provides strategic advice, builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and balances business unit priorities with the broader interests of the University. The M&DX Faculty Partner drives outcomes, manages projects and coordinates activity across Faculties by drawing on subject matter expertise from teams throughout UNSW.
The role reports to the Team Lead, M&DX Faculty Partners, has no direct reports and provides indirect leadership to three to four Senior Recruitment Product Managers and Faculty Recruitment Officers.
