Job summary

mlcoa is seeking a Customer & Marketing Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time secondment. The role blends marketing, events, digital content and customer support across a national remit.

You will collaborate with our customer-facing management team and the Marketing Communications group to bring campaigns to life—from social media and digital campaigns to webinars, events and customer communications—with organised calendars and proactive coordination across mlcoa and MedHealth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar marketing, communications or coordination role
• Experience creating EDM communications using HubSpot
• Strong Microsoft skills; Adobe experience highly regarded
• Good eye for design and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• Proactive, self-starting approach with minimal supervision
• Marketing qualifications and/or knowledge of IME or medico-legal services would be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and coordinate marketing communications and campaigns
• Manage mlcoa LinkedIn content and monitor performance
• Support website content and updates
• Develop marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, brochures and infographics
• Coordinate conferences, sponsorships and educational events
• Support our national webinar program from promotion through to delivery
• Produce EDM communications and other customer-facing content
• Keeping marketing activities and calendars organised and on track
• Collaborate with stakeholders across mlcoa and MedHealth
• Provide responsive customer support and manage enquiries through the national inbox
