mlcoa is seeking a dedicated Customer & Marketing Support Coordinator for a full-time secondment. You will join our Marketing Communications team, assisting with social media, digital campaigns, webinars and customer communications across a national scope.

You will work closely with management to implement marketing initiatives, handle content updates, and deliver engaging collateral while ensuring smooth events and strong customer support.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination and communications.
• Proficient in EDM/Email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Adobe experience is a plus.
• Good eye for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Proactive, self-starting with minimal supervision.
• Marketing knowledge or qualifications in medico-legal services would be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Create, schedule and coordinate marketing communications and campaigns.
• Manage mlcoa LinkedIn content and monitor performance.
• Support website content updates.
• Develop marketing collateral: flyers, presentations, brochures, infographics.
• Coordinate conferences, sponsorships and educational events.
• Support national webinar program from promotion to delivery; produce EDM content.
• Keep marketing calendars organized and on track.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across mlcoa and MedHealth.
• Provide responsive customer support via the national inbox.
