Job summary

ASV Sales & Service is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our Hexham office. You will build, launch and optimise campaigns across all brands and branches, manage paid ads on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, grow our search visibility, and create emails and landing pages.

You will work with the Head of Marketing and our in-house Graphic Designer in a small, busy team. The role uses WordPress, HubSpot and GA4 to track performance, plus support trade shows, events, and regional activity with

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience in a sales-led business.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SEO and AI search concepts (AEO).
• Experience building emails, landing pages and workflows in WordPress and HubSpot.
• Comfortable with GA4 and ad platform reporting to drive results.
• Strong writing ability for persuasive copy.

Responsibilities

• Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns: set-up, targeting, budgets, conversion tracking and optimisation.
• Campaign builds for new machine launches, finance offers, stock clearance and regional branch activity.
• SEO and AEO: building landing page content that ranks in Google and gets cited in AI answers.
• HubSpot emails, forms and automated journeys, with leads routed to the sales team.
• Social media content and scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Sales, Service, Parts and Rentals promotions, and OEM co-branded campaigns for the brands we sell.
• Trade shows, field days and demo days, with leads captured and followed up.
