Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum Experience of 1 year in a Marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation and social media management.
• Ability to analyse market data, customer behaviour, and campaign performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and creative approach to marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
• Plan and oversee social media marketing activities to maintain and grow ATSR’s online presence.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage the creation of engaging content for web, email, social media, and print.
• Collaborate with academic staff and leadership to promote courses, events, and student success stories.
• Support lead generation, student recruitment, and event coordination.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Generate and manage marketing leads from both B2B and B2C channels.
• Develop and maintain ATSR’s brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
