Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience in marketing in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement and digital marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, analytics platforms).
• High attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Use Mailchimp to craft compelling email campaigns that keep our audiences informed and excited.
• Manage our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts and other social platforms to connect with fans and drive ticket sales.
• Collaborate with designers to produce eye-catching visuals and videos for event promotions, and maintaining event websites.
• Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and provide data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
• Work with sponsors, influencers, and media outlets to amplify event reach.
• Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and polls to foster a community of event enthusiasts.

About the Role
