MAYDAY Recruitment Group in Sydney, NSW, AU seeks a Marketing Coordinator for a 2-month temporary assignment with potential extension. You will work closely with a Marketing Manager and gain experience in campaign coordination, content creation, social media, stakeholder engagement, events and brand marketing.

The role offers flexible hours (8:30–16:30 or 9:00–17:00), one day work-from-home per week, onsite parking, and a supportive team environment with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to social media, content creation, campaigns, or general marketing activities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Marketing Manager across a variety of campaigns and projects.
• Assisting with digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be partnering with Australia's largest funeral service provider to recruit a Marketing Coordinator on a 2-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to build their experience across a wide range of marketing activities. Working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager, you'll be exposed to campaign coordination, content creation, social media, stakeholder engagement, events, community initiatives, and brand marketing.
