Ppd Search Ja is seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator to lead engaging event campaigns for conferences, forums, webinars, awards and member events. The role is full-time, five days per week in their Macquarie Park office, with free onsite parking.

After the first five weeks, enjoy 1–2 work-from-home days per week while coordinating campaign schedules, assets and deadlines with internal teams, speakers, sponsors, venues and suppliers. Post-event reporting is also part of the role.

Qualificações

• Experience in event marketing, communications, social media or a similar coordination role.
• A Diploma of Graphic Design or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showing event campaigns, social content and design work.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging event marketing campaigns for conferences, forums, webinars, awards and member events.
• Develop on-brand social media content, including posts, graphics, short videos and speaker highlights.
• Design digital and print collateral such as invitations, programs, signage and templates.
• Support event communications across websites, registration pages and emails.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, deadlines and event assets with internal teams, speakers and sponsors.
• Assist with event-day marketing activity and post-event communications.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

Temporary Marketing & Design Coordinator assignment, starting immediately through to the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Full-time, five days per week in their Macquarie Park office, with free onsite parking; after the first five weeks, enjoy 1–2 work-from-home days per week.

Create engaging event marketing campaigns for conferences, forums, webinars, awards and member events.

Develop on-brand social media content, including posts, graphics, short videos, speaker highlights and sponsor recognition.

Design digital and print event collateral, including invitations, programs, signage, presentation templates, email graphics and social tiles.

Support event communications across websites, registration pages and email campaigns, ensuring content is accurate, clear and up to date.

Coordinate campaign schedules, key deadlines and event assets while working closely with internal teams, speakers, sponsors, venues and suppliers.

Assist with event-day marketing activity and post-event communications, including photography, social content, highlights and campaign reporting.

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

• Experience in event marketing, communications, social media, graphic design or a similar coordination role.


• A Diploma of Graphic Design or equivalent relevant qualification (preferred but not mandatory).


• A strong portfolio showcasing event campaigns, social content and digital or print design work.


• Hands-on Adobe InDesign experience is essential; WordPress, Illustrator and Photoshop experience is highly regarded.


• Strong design skills, with an eye for layout, typography, colour, imagery and brand consistency.


• Confident writing and editing skills for social media, emails, event pages and attendee communications.


• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.


• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work with teams, speakers, sponsors, venues and suppliers.
