Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking an all‑round marketing professional to support campaigns, content creation, and events across the full marketing mix. You’ll work closely with the content specialist and help manage day‑to‑day marketing activities while staying hands‑on and proactive.

You’ll contribute to social media, website updates, and sales collateral, with opportunities to lead on communications and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similarly varied marketing role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience supporting campaigns, events, digital marketing, and product launches.
  • Familiarity with B2B social media, email marketing, website content, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience using Canva, Webflow, Figma, and Hubspot will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of campaigns, product launches, and communications
  • Prepare presentations, brochures, and sales collateral using established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to content and social media, drafting and scheduling posts, emails, website updates, and campaign materials.
  • Help gather customer, market, and competitor insights to support campaign development, messaging, and marketing activity.
  • Complete website updates and help keep digital channels current.
  • Help coordinate events, including logistics, materials, and promotion.
  • Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Job description

We’re after an all-rounder who’s happy rolling up their sleeves across the full marketing mix. Working closely with our content specialist, you’ll help deliver campaigns, contribute to content and social media, coordinate events, and support the day-to-day marketing that keeps everything running.
